Details

Handmade in Fes by tilemakers skilled in Moroccan tile art, the mosaic is built tile-by-tile into an arched silhouette that suits both small water element installations and large exterior water displays. Natural variations in color, grout lines, and tile placement are inherent to zellige tile and are part of the artisan signature. The included brass spout fountain options reflect traditional designs—lion head, classic tap, animal motifs, and others—so you can match the fountain to your aesthetic.

Installation & performance

The fountain ships with a submersible pump that runs a closed water circuit to minimize splash and avoid water waste; the unit is ready to run once the basin is filled and the pump is connected. The brass spout and pump are included so the piece functions as an outdoor patio fountain or an indoor courtyard decor element right away. Sealing and weather-resistant grout are used so the mosaic withstands typical exterior conditions; avoid freezing temperatures or prolonged exposure to ice.

Sizing & custom orders

We build each custom wall fountain to order within the 40 cm–200 cm (16 in–80 in) range to ensure the scale fits your wall or niche. For accurate placement, confirm finished width and height when you message your order. Because each piece is handmade, allow lead time for cutting, setting, sealing, and testing before shipment.

Care & maintenance

Routine care is simple: keep the basin clean of debris, check the pump for blockages, and top off water to maintain the closed circuit. Periodically inspect the brass spout for mineral buildup; a soft cloth and mild vinegar solution will remove light deposits without harming the finish. For outdoor installations, winterize by draining and storing the pump when temperatures drop below freezing.
